At Deraya Medical Academy, we aim to provide high-quality training that meets the expectations of our learners. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to request a refund. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Course Cancellation by Student

If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a course, please refer to the following guidelines:

• Refund Eligibility:

  • Full Refund: If you cancel your enrollment at least 7 days before the start date of the course, you are eligible for a full refund of the course fee.

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 5 and 7 days before the start of the course will be eligible for a partial refund (minus a 20% administrative fee).

  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 5 days before the course starts are non-refundable.

2. Course Transfer

If you are unable to attend the course you have enrolled in, we offer the option to transfer your enrollment to the next available intake. Transfers are allowed under the following conditions:

• You notify us at least 48 hours before the course start date.

• You are transferred to an equivalent program or intake based on availability.

3. Course Cancellation by Deraya Medical Academy

• A full refund of the course fee.

4. No Refund for Completed Courses
